  1. 01Program Purpose, Supervisor Role, and Course Boundaries

    15 min

Welcome to Drug-Free Workplace Supervisor Training. This two-hour course is designed for supervisors, managers, and program leads who need a practical way to recognize possible workplace impairment, document objective observations, and follow the employer's written drug-free workplace process. You will complete eight fifteen-minute modules. Each module includes engagement checkpoints and a two-question knowledge check. At the end, you will take a ten-question final assessment to show knowledge before completion is recorded. This course is general supervisor training for a drug-free workplace program. It is not a DOT reasonable-suspicion course, not legal advice, and not a substitute for your employer's policy, notices, testing vendor, laboratory, medical review, or state-specific requirements.
